From Corporate to Logistics
She Knows Logistics began with a career change—but not a complete departure from what came before it.
After years working in corporate environments managing client relationships, solving problems, navigating complex needs and being accountable for customer outcomes, our founder, Tiffany, saw an opportunity to bring that same mindset to logistics.
The industries may be different, but many of the principles aren't.
Listen. Communicate. Build good systems. Anticipate problems. Follow through. Take ownership when something goes wrong. And understand that earning someone's business is only the beginning—keeping their trust is what matters.
